This guide covers everything you need for your stay: arrival, house rules, how things work, and our favorite spots nearby. Bookmark this page so it's always on your phone.

Questions at any time? Message us through the platform you booked on — we usually reply within the hour.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay.

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    Check-out: before 10:00 AM

Self check-in. Your personal door code is sent through your booking platform before arrival.

Parking. Free parking on the property — 2 spots in the driveway, plus room for up to 4 cars on the street directly in front of the house. The garage is not included with your stay. Please park only in front of the property — not above or below the property lines — and never block a neighbor's driveway.

EV charging. A Level 2 Tesla charger is available for $35 per night — let us know in advance if you'd like to use it.

Getting here. From LAX the drive is usually 30–60 minutes depending on traffic, via I-405 North and US-101 North. Use the exact address in your booking confirmation for navigation.

  • For your security, the Wi-Fi network name, password and your door code are not posted on this website.

You'll receive them through the platform you booked on (Airbnb or other) with your check-in instructions.

Can't find them? Message us through your booking platform and we'll resend them right away. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to work during your stay.

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. This is a peaceful residential street. During quiet hours please keep gatherings indoors with doors and windows closed, and be respectful of our neighbors.

No parties or events. Maximum 14 guests; only registered guests may stay overnight.

No smoking of any kind — cigarettes, cannabis or vaping — anywhere on the property, indoors or out. A $400 cleaning fee applies if there is evidence of smoking.

Pets. Small dogs only, with prior approval ($150 pet fee). Please clean up after your dog inside and out.

Furniture. Please don't move or rearrange furniture, beds or décor, and be mindful of the white furniture and fabrics. Some pieces are light in color, so please keep shoes off them — don't stand on the furniture or put your feet up with shoes on. If regular cleaning can't remove the marks, a $400 professional steam-cleaning fee will be charged.

Accidents happen. If something breaks, just let us know — please don't try to repair it yourself.

Keep sliding doors closed. Please don't leave any sliding doors open, especially the large 30-ft glass door by the living room and kitchen. The house sits in a lush, wooded hillside setting and bugs will quickly find their way inside. A $400 pest-control fee will be charged if excessive bugs are found in the home.

Security. There are exterior security cameras on the property.

Illegal activity of any kind, including drug use or unlawful gatherings, is strictly prohibited. If illegal activity is detected, your reservation will be cancelled immediately, you will be required to vacate the property right away, no refund will be issued, and all incidents will be reported to local authorities without exception.

  • The home sleeps 14 across five bedrooms and nine beds:

    • Master suite — king bed

    • Guest master — king bed + twin bed

    • Bunk room — 3 twins (bunk bed + twin)

    • Bedroom — 2 full beds

    • Bedroom — sofa bed

The two large living-room sectionals are for lounging, not sleeping. Bed linens, towels and essentials are provided, and every bedroom has air conditioning and heating.

  • The Grande Blanco is a spacious split-level home with several living areas, five sleeping areas, four bathrooms and multiple balconies.

    Main Entrance Level

Walk up the exterior flight of stairs to the front door. When you enter, you will be in the main living room.

    • To the left — a smaller living room and the dining room

    • Straight ahead — the guest bathroom

    • To the right — the second living room and the kitchen

    Lower Sleeping Areas

Near the kitchen, a staircase leads down to an office that also serves as a bedroom. This room includes a convertible sofa bed.

From the office, a short flight of stairs leads to the Guest Master Bedroom. This room has one king bed, one twin bed for a child, and its own full bathroom.

    Upper Bedroom Level

From the main entrance level, another staircase leads upstairs to three additional bedrooms.

    • To the left — the Primary Master Bedroom, with a king bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom and private balcony

    • Straight ahead — a separate balcony overlooking the backyard

    • To the right — the laundry room and two additional bedrooms

The first bedroom has a triple bunk bed with three twin mattresses. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the front of the house.

    Sleeping Arrangements

    • Primary Master Bedroom — one king bed

    • Guest Master Bedroom — one king bed + one twin bed

    • Bunk Bedroom — three twin beds

    • Full Bed Bedroom — two full-size beds

    • Office / Flex Bedroom — one convertible sofa bed

  • The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and a coffee maker. A few things are hidden behind cabinet-style panels:

    • Dishwasher — it looks like a cabinet, but it's the dishwasher. It's on the right side of the sink.

    • Refrigerator / freezer — the LG fridge is panel-fronted to look like cabinetry. To open it, hold the handle and press in.

    • Wolf range — 6-burner gas cooktop with double oven. Please never leave burners unattended.

    • Ice maker — built in.

    • Dining — the table seats 10, plus seating at the island.

  • IMPORTANT — curbless showers. The master bathroom showers are curbless, so if the drain gets clogged (usually with hair) water can reach the floor and flood the house very quickly. If you notice water is not draining, turn the shower off immediately and contact us through your booking platform.

    • 3.5 bathrooms, stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.

    • Master bath — a luxurious curbless double shower and a freestanding soaking tub.

    • There is no shower bench or shower chair.

    • Laundry — the washer and dryer are in the laundry room on the third floor.

Please flush only toilet paper — small trash bins are provided in every bathroom.

  • Swing set — adult supervision required. The backyard swing set is there for you to enjoy, but children must be supervised by at least one adult at all times. Please don't let kids swing back and forth excessively — this is not a park-grade swing set and it can tip over under too much pressure.

    • Private backyard with an outdoor dining area.

    • Fire pit — keep it attended, supervise children, and fully extinguish it after use.

    • BBQ grill with utensils — please clean the grates after use.

    • Views — garden and mountain views from the decks and balconies.

    • There is no pool or hot tub at this property.

    • Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM — please move gatherings inside.

  • Your hosts — message us any time through the platform you booked on. It's the fastest way to reach us.

    Before you go:

    • Leave beds unmade

    • Place used towels in the shower

    • Load and start the dishwasher

    • Take all trash out to the outdoor bins — the bins are by the side gate near the garage, on the right

    • Turn off lights, TVs, AC and heaters

    • Close and lock all doors and windows

    • Send us a quick message once you've checked out

Thank you for staying with us — safe travels!

  • Our gardener comes on Wednesday mornings to take care of the yard, so you may see him outside and hear equipment for a little while. He works in the yard only and never needs to come inside — nothing to be alarmed about.

The house sits on a quiet, wooded hillside, so you may notice a few bugs or hear some wildlife in the evening. Keeping the sliding doors closed keeps everything outside where it belongs.

    Trash day is Friday.
